  • Waled Sultan
  • Coach Waled Sultan’s ardent passion for bodybuilding has made him a world class sportsman and has allowed him to become a great first place award winner in many different bodybuilding championships, from the Juniors Bodybuilding Tripoli Championship (above 75 Kg) in 2004, the Seniors Bodybuilding Championship of Libya (90 Kg) in 2013 to the Western Area Bodybuilding Championship-Libya (100 Kg) in 2015 just to name a few. He has been coaching for two years now and has motivated various people to reach their body goals. His motto is: “Work hard, dream big.”
  • Ali Elwerfalli
  • Our dedicated coach Ali has been in the field for 9 years. His wide-ranging experience includes: bodybuilding, aerobics and functional training with a focus on the abdominal region (abs). Ali was awarded first place in the Libyan Bodybuilding Championship (75Kg) in 2006. If you are looking for a coach to inspire and motivate you to shape your physique, then Coach Ali is the one you are looking for. His motto is “I don’t believe in luck, I believe in hard work.”
  • Ahmed Shadi
  • Coach Ahmed truly believes in this saying: “No pain, no gain!” He has 3 years of experience in bodybuilding. His high energy is very contagious, and he will coach you all the keys to building strength and endurance so that your dream body and fitness level will manifest into reality.
  • Mohamed Altomi
  • Coach Mohamed has his own ways for inspiring young men to push themselves to achieving their goals. He will share with you all the secrets of bodybuilding which he has acquired throughout his 4 years of experience in coaching. He will help you melt away all the unneeded fat and replace it with muscle. “Train hard, or go home.”
  • Mohamed Khamis
  • “Trust yourself and love your body.” Coach Mohamed has always aimed at planting the seeds of motivation in the spirits of his clients. He believes that being confident in your abilities is the first step to reaching your goal, so he would help you gain lots of confidence in his fun and engaging classes. He instructs various classes from Aerobics, HIIT, Taebo to Insanity and has been a coach for 5 years.
  • Majdedden Bengharbia
  • Whether you are attending Coach Majdedden’s Aerobics class, Insanity, Taebo or HIIT, he will always be able to reflect his positive spirit and high energy on you. He has been in the field for 4 years and his classes will leave you feeling rejuvenated. His message to you is; “Sore today, strong tomorrow.”
  • Yaseen Elramli
  • Coach Yaseen, the first trainer to establish the first Street Workout Championship in Libya in 2016, believes that you should “Work hard until your idols become your rivals.” With Coach Yaseen, you will learn all about Street Workout, and you too will start to believe in the power of open spaces as you swing, bend and jump using only your body weight as resistance.
  • Najat Esahagi
  • Coach Najat is one of our greatest Aerobics trainers. She has an educational background in Physical Education and has been awarded Second Place in the Libyan Power Games as she competed with the national team in the 100 meters Dash and High Jump. She also has 25 years of experience in Aerobics. Coach Najat’s message to you is: “You got to unleash the champion inside you, be determined and exercise like a champion!”
  • Seham Shomaty
  • Coach Seham’s contagious energy and positive spirit will leave you dancing and burning calories to the most addictive and fun tracks in Zumba. If you are more into classical and relaxing soft music, you got to try one of her ballet classes then. She can even coach you to manage your body and your stress alleviating all your problems and pains during her yoga classes too. Coach Seham has a background in Medicine and various certificates from Gold’s Gym, Blains Gym and Smart Gym.
  • Soumaya Elbaz
  • Coach Soumaya, a body building and aerobics trainer, has a degree in Physical Education and has been awarded in the Arab Championship in Beach Volleyball in Oman as well as the Silver medal in the African Championship in Iron Ball. Coach Soumaya’s enthusiastic approach, guidance and 10 years of experience will help you sculpt and tone your body. She likes to see you always determined and motivated since her motto is: “You reap what you sow.”
  • Nayrouz Jamal
  • “Exercising is a healthy lifestyle.” Her motto says it all. Coach Nayrouz’s fruitful experience in personal training is truly promising as her clients have witnessed great body transformations. Coach Nayrouz is responsible for the weights and resistance machines room; therefore, she will be there to walk you through your weight and resistance workout to ensure that you are on the right track.
